Job Description:
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,000 - $213,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Intelligent devices are a critical enabler of Schneider Electric’s Digital Energy and Digital Buildings strategy, powering smarter, more responsive, and energy-efficient spaces. As we expand our connected ecosystem, we are seeking a strategic, customer-focused leader to serve as Intelligent Devices Offer Manager.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end offer management of our Intelligent Devices portfolio, including In-Room Controllers, Smart Sensors & Meters, Living Space HMIs, and developing and managing our Intelligent Device Partnership Programs. The successful candidate will define and execute product strategy, manage lifecycle performance, and foster an ecosystem of partners to deliver differentiated, scalable, and market-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Full Product & Portfolio Ownership: Own the Intelligent Devices portfolio, including: In-Room Controllers Smart Sensors & Meters, Living Space HMIs

Lifecycle Product Management: Manage the full lifecycle of all offers—from ideation and development through launch, growth, and end-of-life.

Portfolio Leadership: Define and lead the U.S. product and portfolio strategy while influencing global product roadmaps to align with North American market needs and broader Digital Energy and Digital Buildings transformation priorities.

Ecosystem & Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with third-party device manufacturers and ecosystem providers to expand the Intelligent Devices portfolio and enhance interoperability.

Commercial & Go-to-Market Enablement: Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans. Deliver compelling sales enablement materials, training, and marketing collateral.

Voice of Customer & Market: Gather and synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap priorities, feature development, and positioning.

Strategic Marketing: Assess market dynamics and competitive positioning to inform product differentiation and identify potential partnerships to strengthen portfolio positioning.

Operationalization: Ensuring and continuously improving the way we transact, forecast and fulfill our products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, training, product support, operations, sales, GSC, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.
- Innovation & Quality: Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the hardware portfolio to maintain leadership in performance, reliability, and sustainability.
- Performance Management: Monitor portfolio performance, including revenue, adoption, margin, and customer satisfaction; identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.

Portfolio Leadership: Own a critical portfolio of products that form the foundation of our Digital Buildings business.

Strategic Influence: Shape product strategy and execution to deliver integrated solutions across multiple business domains.

(External) English Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, technical sales, product development, or related roles.

Strong background in hardware product lifecycle management, including roadmap development and market positioning.

Experience in Digital Energy domains (Digital Buildings, Digital Power, Edge solutions) or related industries is highly preferred.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence in a matrixed organization.
