Intelligent Network Engineer

About the Role

To develop, upgrade and implement CCN, SDP, OCC, AIR, CS and MBC. Ensure successful implementation of the company's projects requirements that helps the company to achieve its short-, medium- and long-term business plan. Support all Business requirements to fulfill e& Egypt's Road Map.

Responsibilities

• Products definition, implementation, development, upgrade and optimization on different IN nodes as CCN, SDP, SAPC and OCC Products and changes documentation.
• Second level of support for different products after launch using change management & Project Management policies to maintain proper operation & change tracking.
• Support proof of concept of new products.
• Provide new technologies and features to enable business & voice revenue growth.
• Provide new technologies and features to enable business & data revenue growth.
• Assess charging system & mobile broadband.
• Upgrade and define detailed impact analysis across all technical platforms.
• Review all system high-level design & low-level-design for all charging/mediation platforms.
• Support the ICP upgrades over the CS nodes Customer Centricity: Creates a positive internal customer experience during internal customer journeys and touch points.
• Innovation: Continuously learn new trends in the market and propose new ideas, approaches and insights.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering Telecommunication or computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years of Experience.
• SS7/SIGTRAN/ Diameter/CAMEL/CS1+ / TCP/IP experience.
• Basics containerization, Kubernetes and Cloud knowledge are required.
• Knowledge of Splunk or any related monitoring/observability tool is recommended.
• AI and Machine Learning Knowledge, & KCNA Certification is plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Software Development and Fixed or Mobile networks experience.
• Knowledge Computer skills, advanced programming (C++/Java) is required.
• Very Good/Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
