Base pay range: AED660,000.00/yr - AED780,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Intensive Care Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with life-threatening conditions in our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You will assess and manage critically ill patients, develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure implementation of best practices in patient care. You will also mentor junior staff, communicate effectively with families, and participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Oversee the treatment and management of patients in the intensive care unit
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Mentor and support junior medical staff in clinical practice
• Communicate effectively with patients' families to provide updates and support
• Engage in research and quality improvement projects within the ICU

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a relevant specialty
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an intensive care setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
