We’re Hiring: NICU Nurse – Nauru Medical Centre

Nauru Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in neonatal care and be part of an international medical environment.

Position: NICU Nurse
Location: Nauru Medical Centre, Republic of Nauru

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support families with guidance, education, and emotional care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality neonatal care.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of NICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate and adaptable in a multicultural environment.
• Preferably can join immediately
