Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Diploma not accepted)
• Qualified and experienced from the UK, Europe, Australasia or North America
• Proven senior/management experience in an ICU setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  

Role Overview

You will oversee the ICU's daily operations, lead and develop a team of critical care nurses, manage resources and drive high standards of patient care in line with international best practices.
