Eligibility & Qualifications

• MD (Anesthesia) / DA
• Proven experience in ICU & critical care management
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and emergency handling skills
• Ability to guide junior doctors and ICU teams

Key Responsibilities

• Independent management of ICU patients
• Leadership in critical decision-making and emergency care
• Supervision and mentoring of ICU medical & nursing staff
• Coordination with multi-disciplinary consultants
• Ensuring clinical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards
