Intensivist /ICU Head

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, advanced care for critically ill patients with conditions like sepsis, respiratory failure, and multi-organ failure.
• Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds, collaborating with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists.
• Perform and supervise invasive procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilation management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding their condition and care plan.

Leadership and administrative responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ICU team, fostering effective team dynamics.
• Develop, implement, and oversee clinical protocols and guidelines for the ICU.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Educate and mentor medical staff, residents, and trainees.
• Manage administrative duties, including accurate documentation and participation in hospital committees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
