Interaction Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interaction Designer with experience crafting intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Research teams to design interactive flows and interfaces that are both functional and delightful.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, engaging interaction designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interaction models to communicate design decisions.
• Work closely with UX Designers, UI Designers, and Product Managers to ensure consistent, user-centered product experiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate on and enhance interactions across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and accurately executed.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and support usability testing by providing prototypes, test scenarios, and design recommendations.
• Contribute to and uphold design system standards, ensuring that interaction patterns maintain consistency and accessibility.
• Advocate for best-in-class interaction design practices, staying informed about emerging trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Interaction Design or related roles (e.g., Product Design, UX/UI Design).
• Strong understanding of interaction principles, usability, accessibility, and behavior-driven design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing user flows, prototypes, and interaction design work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,468.13 - $106,069.14 per year
