BIBI Luxury is seeking high-performance Live Streaming Sales Hosts specializing in Jewelry, Watches, and Handbags. This is a revenue-driven role designed for individuals who can convert live traffic into measurable GMV through structured selling, audience engagement, and real-time closing.

Role Objective
The primary responsibility is to drive sales performance during live sessions by presenting products with clarity, building trust with the audience, and executing strong conversion strategies. This role sits at the core of our revenue engine and directly impacts daily sales output.

Key Responsibilities
Host live streaming sessions across multiple luxury categories, including jewelry, watches, and handbags. Clearly communicate product value propositions—design, materials, and pricing advantage—while maintaining strong audience engagement. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize pacing, promotions, and conversion flow, and continuously refine sales techniques based on performance data.

Compensation & Growth
Compensation includes a base rate of $20–$30 per hour plus 2%–5% commission. High-performing hosts typically generate $300–$1,000+ per day, with top performers scaling significantly beyond. The role offers a structured growth path from single-category host to multi-category specialist and ultimately to VVIP-level revenue leadership.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with a strong sales-driven mindset, confident on-camera presence, and the ability to perform in KPI-focused environments. Candidates should demonstrate discipline, reliability, and the capacity to handle performance pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Positioning
This is not an entertainment role. It is a high-performance sales position within a structured live commerce system. We are building a team of professionals who are serious about revenue generation, long-term growth, and scaling within the luxury e-commerce space.
