About the Role

The Interface & Permit Senior Manager is responsible for managing stakeholder interfaces, regulatory coordination, and statutory permitting across the project lifecycle. The role ensures that all required approvals, permits, and third-party interfaces are obtained on time and in compliance with local regulations, enabling uninterrupted project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in interface management, permitting, or stakeholder coordination on large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, permitting processes, and authority requirements.
  • Proven experience coordinating with multiple authorities and third-party stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Developers, PMC/CM, or EPC contractors preferred.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama will be prioritized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼45,000.00 per month
