We’re looking for a Project Interface Manager to lead interface management across a major project, ensuring that all external and internal interfaces are identified, documented, and resolved effectively.
This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage a team of 3–5 interface coordinators while actively engaging with contractors and stakeholders to keep the project moving forward.
What You’ll Do

Lead Interface Management: Oversee the entire interface process in line with the approved Interface Management Plan. Review and advise on contractor documentation.

Drive Collaboration: Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to resolve issues and foster teamwork.

Own Documentation & Reporting: Maintain a robust interface management database and provide timely reports to senior leadership.

Manage Risks: Identify potential interface risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Build Relationships: Work closely with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure accurate communication and alignment.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 15–20 years in engineering, construction, and project management with a strong focus on interface management.

Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Expertise: Deep understanding of HSE, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Project Controls.

Global Perspective: Experience working in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams; Middle East experience (+5 years) is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Copper/Gold Concentrator experience is an asset.
