Job Description – Interior & Exterior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior & Exterior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design concepts, space planning, and material selection, with hands-on experience in creating 2D and 3D design presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts for interior and exterior spaces.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D visualizations, models, and renders using SketchUp (and preferably 3ds Max).
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, style preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure design execution.
• Research materials, finishes, and design trends to bring innovative ideas.
• Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space utilization, and color theory.
• Ability to create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and detailing skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
