Job Summary

Ganpati Homez is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our interior design and home décor solutions. The role involves meeting prospective clients at their sites or residences, generating leads, presenting interior solutions, and closing sales while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and market research
• Meet prospective clients at residential and commercial sites to understand their interior requirements
• Present Ganpati Homez interior design services, modular solutions, and turnkey offerings
• Conduct site visits, take basic measurements, and coordinate with the design team
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers until closure
• Coordinate with the showroom, design, and execution teams for smooth project handover
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and sales reports
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, builders, and contractors

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
• Ability to explain interior design concepts in a simple and convincing manner
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools is an advantage

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business is an added advantage

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales
• Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, modular kitchen, furniture, or home décor will be preferred
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply

Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
• Willingness to travel within the city and nearby areas
