We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a confident, motivated, and revenue-focused Female Sales Executive to join us in Bhubaneswar.

Job Description :

We are seeking a Female Sales & Marketing Executive with prior sales experience who is passionate about generating revenue and building strong client relationships. The role involves handling prospects, understanding client requirements, educating them about digital marketing services, preparing customized proposals, closing deals, and collecting payments.

Candidates with experience in digital marketing sales or any other service-based sales industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service plans
• Confidently pitch digital marketing services to prospects and clients
• Handle cold calling, warm leads, and inbound inquiries
• Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully
• Handle objections professionally and convert leads into customers
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Understand and adapt to the local business culture of Bhubaneswar

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
• Confident, polite, and professional personality
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, Excel, and email communication

Experience & Education

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing sales
• Graduate or MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in service-based or B2B sales will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed Salary)
