Position: Interior Designer / Interior Architect

Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts for a variety of residential projects, including luxury apartments and flats.
• Collaborate closely with the architecture and project management teams to ensure a seamless integration of interior design with the overall building plan.
• Produce detailed and visually compelling 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project budget and design vision.
• Prepare and manage detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for interior works.
• Oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring quality standards and design specifications are met.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology to continuously enhance the company's design offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5-7 years as an Interior Designer or Interior Architect, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a good eye for design, creativity, and a variety of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and the latest interior design trends.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other rendering software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
