About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our architectural practice. The ideal candidate should have strong on site understanding, the ability to independently manage day to day project execution, and a keen eye for detailing and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site execution, ensuring work is aligned with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and smooth workflow.
- Manage day to day site activities, including planning, scheduling, and delegation.
- Resolve on site issues independently with practical and timely solutions.
- Assist in design development, understanding drawings, layouts, and technical details.
- Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, and products for projects.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and communicate updates to clients and the internal team.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in client meetings and handle client queries with clarity and confidence.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior architecture, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, detailing, and construction workflows.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and sourcing processes.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple site tasks.
- Proven experience in vendor and contractor coordination.
- Ability to take ownership of project progress, timelines, and quality control.
- Basic understanding of design development, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills (optional)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Experience with BOQs, costing, and project documentation.
