Interior Designer

Responsibilities:
-Consult with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and design preferences.
-Develop creative design concepts, including creating mood boards and sketches.
-Create detailed plans, 2D and 3D models, and renderings of the design.
-Select and specify materials, furnishings, fabrics, and lighting fixtures.
-Source and purchase materials and products from suppliers.
-Prepare project proposals, estimates, and timelines.
-Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other vendors to execute the design.
-Oversee project timelines and manage on-site work.
-Ensure projects comply with safety and building codes.
-Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure the design meets client goals and is completed to satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in interior design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
-Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3Dmax, or similar programs.
-Strong knowledge of design principles, including space planning, color theory, and lighting.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
-A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is often required.
-Creativity, imagination, and a strong eye for detail.
