INTERIOR ARCHITECT

Responsible for designing, planning, and supervising interior spaces to ensure functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The role involves developing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and project requirements.

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client needs and project requirements

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and specifications

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation aligns with plans

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures

Prepare cost estimates and assist in budget management

Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field

• Proven experience in interior architecture or interior design

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and materials

• Excellent creativity, technical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 3D visualization and rendering

• Knowledge of sustainable and building practices

• Project management experience

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
