Interior Architectural Designer

Blue Hour Design is currently seeking a full-time Interior Architectural Designer with 3 – 5 years of high-end residential design and production experience. The role includes design opportunities, project drafting, production, presentation and documentation. Revit and InDesign are key programs used in the position. Communication, detail orientation, self-starting and a desire to learn and grow are valued skills. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for project document and presentation delivery.
• Modeling, rendering and project design.
• Strong understanding of Construction Documents & Construction Administration.
• Ability to manage time and deadlines, communicate throughout the project team and contribute to office and at project sites.
• Existing conditions verification and production.
• Material selection, presentation and scheduling.
• Demonstrated passion for design with proven design strengths in custom residential design and a desire to grow, learn and be an integral part of the team.
• Proficiency in communication (listening, written and visual)

Qualifications:

• Professional Degree (B. Interior Design or M. Arch)
• 3-5 years of high-end residential experience
• Revit, Microsoft office and Adobe suite proficiency
• Studio Designer familiarity a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
