Position Overview

As an Interior Designer – Creative Team , you will be part of Kymera’s dynamic design studio, contributing fresh ideas, strong visual thinking, and thoughtful interior solutions across residential, commercial, and large-scale projects. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who loves concept development, materials, and storytelling through space, and who is eager to grow within a design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative interior concepts, mood boards, and spatial ideas.
• Support projects from initial concept through design development and documentation.
• Translate creative ideas into clear drawings, 3D visuals, and presentation material.
• Research and curate materials, finishes, FF&E, and design references that enhance each project’s narrative.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, samples, and design documentation.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to support smooth design execution.
• Ensure all design work aligns with Kymera’s aesthetic, quality standards, and timelines.
• Stay inspired and informed about global design trends, materials, and innovations.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an interior design studio.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, concept thinking, and interior projects.
• A refined design eye with strong attention to detail and composition.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative studio.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
