Interior Design Assistant

Seeking creative, motivated individual for junior designer/stylist position

Studio D is a Design Build firm with over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. We have a proven track record of working with talented, like minded trade professionals from concept through completion to create amazing spaces that embrace both function and aesthetic for our clients. From room settings to large scale renovations we love everything creative and challenging in design. Most importantly we are passionate and dedicated to creating spaces that our clients can enjoy for many years to come.

In this role your tasks may include:

- pulling together materials for presentations

-developing mood boards

-managing orders

-assisting with drapery, furniture, accessory, artwork installations

-working closely with lead architectural designer to build project concept and manage through completion

-pick up orders from various vendors and deliver to jobsite

-collaborating with all team members including tradesmen, vendors, etc to maximize project efficiency

-50% remote, 50% jobsite

Additional tasks based on experience and desire

-working with website production and social media presence

-working in the field, trim carpentry, tiling, painting, drapery installs

-develop layouts/ drawing details via chief architect
