About the Role:We are a luxury home builder seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Residential Interior Design Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone passionate about high-end residential design and eager to grow within a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead designers with all phases of residential interior design projects
• Support the development of design concepts, presentations, and client deliverables
• Create visual materials, including renderings using preferred design software
• Coordinate and communicate with builder trades, vendors, and project teams
• Participate in client meetings and help manage client communication
• Source materials, furnishings, and finishes in alignment with project goals
• Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and selections
• Assist with on-site visits, installations, and project follow-through

Qualifications:

• Interior Design degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential interior design
• Proficiency in at least one rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles
