Interior Designer - 5* Hotel exp

An Interior Designer with 5-star hotel experience focuses on high-end hospitality, creating luxurious concepts for guest rooms, public areas, and F&B outlets. Key requirements include 5-8 years of experience, proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD, and a strong portfolio demonstrating turnkey project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Design & Visualization: Develop 3D visualizations, mood boards, and detailed layouts for luxury guest rooms, suites, and public spaces, often leveraging AI tools like Midjourney.
• FF&E Selection: Select and specify high-end Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), ensuring compliance with 5-star brand standards.
• Technical Drawings & Technical Specs: Produce detailed technical drawings, including joinery and fit-out drawings.
• Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Client & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure design intent is met.

Requirements

• Experience: MUST have5+ years in high-end hospitality or luxury retail design.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Portfolio: Strong, professional portfolio showcasing completed high-end projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼60,000.00 per month
