  • Design & Drafting: Utilize design software to create floor plans and visual renderings for principal review.
  • Logistics & Sourcing: Handle the "boots on the ground" work, including picking up samples, managing returns, and coordinating with showrooms.
  • Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and job site visits, providing professional support and ensuring all project details are documented.
  • Social Media & Content: Capture high-quality footage of job sites and behind-the-scenes processes to assist in maintaining a consistent, elegant social media presence.
  • Administrative Tasks: Stay flexible to handle various needs as they arise, ensuring project timelines are met and communication remains fluid between the design team and contractors.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and the ability to produce accurate floor plans.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Social Media Savvy: An eye for aesthetics and comfort using social platforms to highlight design work.
  • Reliability & Mobility: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for frequent travel to job sites and vendors.
  • Work Ethic: A high level of flexibility to adapt to a fluctuating schedule and the ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently.
