Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Design Manager with a strong background in hotel construction and interiors. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, and supervising all interior design activities for a premium hotel project near Whitefield, Bangalore. The role requires expertise in hotel-specific interior standards, design execution, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all interior design activities for the hotel project from concept to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and hotel brand representatives to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Prepare, review, and approve design drawings, material selections, and BOQs.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities related to interiors and ensure work is progressing as per design and schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to check quality, finishes, and adherence to timelines.
- Track project schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations for interior works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and statutory regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with hotel operations team to ensure interiors meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Architecture (or equivalent).
- 4-6 years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in hotel interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of hotel design standards, layouts, finishes, and MEP integration.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale hospitality interiors from design to execution.
- Excellent project management, vendor management, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project/Primavera (or other project management tools).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, etc.).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
