Job Description – Interior Design Faculty
Boon School of Design is seeking a passionate and skilled Interior Design Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in interior design concepts, practical applications, and teaching methodologies to guide and inspire students.

Responsibilities:

• Teach theoretical and practical subjects in Interior Design as per the curriculum.
• Guide students in design projects, drafting, model making, and software applications.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to enhance student learning.
• Mentor students on creativity, design thinking, and professional practices.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and integrate them into teaching.
• Support institutional activities, workshops, and exhibitions.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior teaching/training experience in interior design is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about design education and student development.
