Qualifications

• M. ARCH, B.ARCH , Degree in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design.
• Prior teaching experience at the college/university level (can be part-time or adjunct).
• Proficiency in design software and digital presentation tools.

Position Summary: Bonfire Institute of Design is seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Design professional to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in Interior Design, mentoring students, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to the academic and creative environment of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a range of studio, lecture, and seminar courses in Interior Design (e.g., Design Studios, Space Planning, CAD/3D Modeling, Lighting Design, Materials and Finishes).
• Develop course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials in accordance with departmental and institutional standards.
• Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Advise and mentor students on academic, professional, and portfolio development.
• Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and accreditation activities.
• Engage in scholarly, creative, or professional development activities in the field of Interior Design.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives, committee service, and other institutional activities.
• Stay current with industry standards, technologies, trends, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Encourage sustainability and ethical design practices in the curriculum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,400.39 - ₹51,157.13 per month
