Interior Design Fit-out Specialist

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced and detail oriented Interior Design Fit-Out Specialist to lead and manage high end interior fit-out projects across hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design or architecture, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional fit-out works from design to execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all phases of interior fit-out projects from IFC (Issued for Construction) to execution.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of finishes, joinery, furniture, lighting, and related interior elements.

Review and interpret design intent drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications to ensure accurate on-site execution.

Supervise and monitor site activities, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, and furniture installation.

Coordinate with MEP teams to align interior works with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and HSE standards.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material selection, approvals, and timely delivery. Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.

Participate in project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and technical issues.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or retail sectors.

In-depth knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, furniture, and material specifications.

Familiarity with local authority regulations, approvals, and fit-out guidelines.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and design standards.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
