Lorna Gross Interior Design, is seeking an Interior Design Intern. This opportunity is ideal for an aspiring interior designer who thrives in a highly productive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with creating floor plans and elevations via drafting software.
- Assisting with creating visual aids for client presentations, such as 3D models, mood boards & color elevations.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations for clientele.
- Researching product specifications and availability.
- Visiting project sites with team members.
- Assisting with performing site measurements.
- Organizing the resource library.
- Periodically assisting with marketing efforts.
- Executing additional reasonable requests as they relate to business goals.
Requirements:
- Extreme detail orientation and excellent follow-up.
- Responsible/reliable with self-motivation and high energy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
- In process interior design degree, junior or senior status preferred.
- Professional demeanor & appearance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Technologically savvy.
- Must have own transportation.
Benefits:
- Hourly pay.
