Job Description / Responsibilities:

In your role, you will:

• Collaborate with designers to conduct mood image research for concept presentations and organize them into a presentation format
• Support designers in the selection of materials and handling sample requests
• Prepare and label material boards for submissions to the client
• Coordinate with suppliers and facilitate meetings, including those with potential new suppliers or updates to the library
• Assist designers in the selection of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
• Contribute to the preparation of the specification documents during the Schematic and Detailed Design phases
• Organize and maintain the material library for easy accessibility
• Assist designers in assigning specification codes on drawings
• Support designers in providing mark ups or information for the 3D visualization team or CAD drafting team
• Treat all information, documents, and materials used with professional level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Study of Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture in their final or pen-ultimate year of study
• Passion for design and all aspects of creativity
• Eagerness to learn
• Organizational skills
• Team spirit
• Knowledge of CAD, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
• Previous work experience is a plus
