Interior Design Intern / Junior Designer – Easy Wedding Studio (Abu Dhabi)

About Us

Easy Wedding is expanding its physical presence with a brand-new wedding studio in Abu Dhabi. Our studio helps international couples plan civil, religious, and ceremonial weddings, and we want our physical space to reflect the same beauty, simplicity, and warmth that define our brand.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on Interior Design Intern / Junior Designer to help us elevate the in-store experience and make our studio more attractive, welcoming, and aligned with our brand identity.

Role Overview

Your role has two clear missions:

Audit & Concept Proposal

You will visit our studio, understand our brand and audience, and create a design proposal to improve layout, aesthetics, customer flow, and overall attractiveness.

Implementation

Once your proposal is approved, you will help us bring it to life: reorganizing the space, selecting materials, improving lighting, suggesting decorative elements, and guiding any small upgrades.This role is perfect for students, fresh graduates, or junior designers who want to build a strong portfolio with a real project that has visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit our studio and analyse its current positioning, layout, and customer experience.
• Create a design concept (moodboard, sketches, layout suggestions, color palette, functional zones).
• Prepare a clear, actionable proposal including timelines and budget ideas.
• Work with our team to implement the improvements (furniture placement, décor, signage, lighting suggestions, etc.).
• Ensure the final result aligns with the Easy Wedding brand: simple, warm, elegant, and human-centric.
• Provide creative ideas to make the space more Instagrammable and memorable for couples.

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Interior Design, Architecture, Decoration, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Ability to create visual concepts (sketches or simple digital mockups).
• Strong sense of space, aesthetics, and customer experience.
• Practical mindset: you don’t only design, you help make it happen.
• Comfortable working on-site near ADNEC / Zayed Sports City.
• Good communication and a proactive, positive attitude.
