Property Shop Investment (PSI) is a leading real estate and property management company in the UAE, recognized for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. Our in-house Design & Fit-Out Division manages premium interior design, technical drawings, and site execution to ensure excellence across all PSI developments.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Interior Draughtsman to join our expanding design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate on-site measurements and prepare existing layout drawings.
• Develop detailed technical drawings based on approved 3D designs and concepts.
• Prepare full drawing packages including- Flooring layout, Ceiling layouts, Furniture layout, Wall finish plans, Lighting, plumbing & electrical layouts Elevations, sections, and joinery/shop drawing details
• Establish and maintain company CAD guidelines and templates for consistency.
• Organize and manage AutoCAD files with proper layering, naming conventions, and title blocks.
• Coordinate with interior designers to ensure drawings reflect the latest design updates and materials.
• Review drawings for accuracy, clarity, technical detailing, and site constructability.
• Track drawing revisions and maintain proper documentation and version control.
• Support the design team by preparing technical drawings for client presentations and fit-out coordination.
• Assist in preparing design documentation for tender or construction packages.

Requirements / Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as an Interior Draughtsman in a design or fit-out company (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential).
• Knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD 3D is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand 3D visuals and convert them into accurate 2D details.
• Strong ability to manage multiple drawing packages and meet deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of interior detailing, joinery drawings, and space planning.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with structured digital folder systems.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
