interior Design Manager

Position: Interior Design Manager

Experience: 5+ years in Interior Design
Location: Chalakudy
Company: CBR Homes Design Studio

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and project goals.
• Develop design concepts, presentations, and mood boards.
• Review and approve design drawings, 3D visuals, and material selections.
• Ensure design quality, detailing, and alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and production teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
• Guide video editing team for project presentation and marketing videos (if applicable).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona , Coohom and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends.
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor a design team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects.
• Understanding of estimation and BOQ preparation.
• Video editing or visual presentation knowledge is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
