Interior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee the full spectrum of interior design projects — from concept development to final execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, deep technical knowledge, and proven experience managing design teams, clients, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in developing creative and functional interior design concepts aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Oversee and review design proposals, mood boards, layouts, and detailed drawings to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of design intent on site.
• Manage client presentations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations to integrate fresh ideas into projects.
• Supervise space planning, FF&E selection, and detailed documentation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of professional experience in interior design, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven portfolio of completed interior design projects (commercial, hospitality, residential, or retail).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
