Timeless Design is an award-winning interior design firm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to support residential design projects from concept through installation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing organization, client communication, and hands-on project coordination. You will work closely with the Principal Designer to ensure projects move forward smoothly, efficiently, and beautifully.
What You’ll Do

Assist in managing multiple residential design projects at various stages, from initial planning through final installation

Coordinate day-to-day project logistics including scheduling, timelines, and communication with clients, vendors, and contractors

Serve as a key point of contact for email and phone communication, helping move projects forward and ensuring all parties stay aligned

Maintain detailed and organized project files (both physical and digital via Google Drive/Dropbox)

Attend client meetings, take notes, and assist in preparing presentations and design materials

Conduct site visits to take measurements, assess spaces, and support project planning

Assist with floor plans and basic design documentation (SketchUp or similar experience is a plus)

Support installations and ensure all project elements are executed as planned

Help manage inventory, merchandise handling, and general office organization

Provide administrative and clerical support as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Experience in interior design, construction, or project coordination

Position Details

Part-time: $21-25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(Flexible to 3–5 set days per week)

Must live within 45 minutes of our office in Hockessin, DE
