Interior Design Sales Executive

Client Acquisition and Communication:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the interior design and renovation market.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up on inquiries and requirements.

On-Site Measurement and Assessment:

• Conduct accurate measurements at client sites.
• Evaluate spaces and discuss client requirements.

Design Proposal and Presentation:

• Prepare and present professional design concepts and proposals.
• Provide clients with design options, materials, and solution recommendations.

Quotation and Order Confirmation:

• Prepare accurate quotations based on measurements and design plans.
• Follow up with clients to confirm and finalize orders.

Marketing and Business Development:

• Promote the company’s services through online and offline channels.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base and generate new business opportunities.

Performance Targets:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition and order goals.
• Complete at least [number] of client orders during the probation period.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Professional Skills:

• Strong understanding of design principles and renovation projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and design proposals.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior design, client communication, or sales in the renovation/construction industry.
• Experience in client meetings, on-site measurements, and quotation preparation is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
• Knowledge of Chinese is an Mandatory
