The Immigration Consultant is responsible for advising clients on visa and immigration processes while also playing an active role in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to close deals, and maintaining excellent client relationships while ensuring applications comply with immigration standards.
Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation & Immigration Advisory
- Conduct eligibility assessments for clients based on immigration laws and visa programs.
- Present available immigration/visa options clearly and professionally.
- Guide clients through documentation, application stages, and legal compliance.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Actively engage potential clients through calls, meetings, social media inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into confirmed clients by explaining service value and benefits.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Conduct follow-ups on inquiries, maintain a high conversion rate, and ensure client retention.
- Upsell or recommend additional services (document attestation, travel insurance, fast-track processing, etc.).
Documentation & Application Processing
- Assist clients in preparing accurate and complete documentation for visa submission.
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and third-party processing units when needed.
- Track status of applications and update clients proactively.
Relationship Management & After-Sales Support
- Maintain professional and long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals.
- Handle concerns or objections professionally and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain a strong reputation for transparent and ethical consultancy practice.
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, payments, and application progress using CRM or internal systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Stay updated with immigration policy updates and ensure accurate communication with clients.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Background in immigration consultancy, travel, recruitment, or international services (preferred).
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work with monthly sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance management.
- Presentable personality with professional client handling skills.
