As our Interior Design Tech Manager, you will be the backbone of our creative studio, ensuring our designers have the digital horsepower and streamlined workflows they need to turn concepts into reality.

THE MISSION

• Master the Stack: Administer and optimize our core design suite (Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Innovate the Experience: Lead the rollout of VR/AR immersion tools to revolutionize how clients experience our spaces.
• Standardize Excellence: Develop and enforce BIM protocols and digital standards across all global projects.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the technical translator between our creative designers and our IT infrastructure teams.
• Future-Proof: Research and integrate AI-driven design tools and sustainable "smart office" technologies.

YOUR PROFILE

• The Expert: You have a solid footprint in Design Technology or BIM Management (4+ years preferred).
• The Specialist: You know your way around high-performance rendering hardware and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• The Leader: You thrive on solving complex technical bottlenecks so the creative process remains uninterrupted.
• The Communicator: You can explain complex software patches or hardware specs to a room full of artists without breaking a sweat.

Pay: RO3,900.000 per month
