We are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer with a strong sales acumen to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who can turn visions into stunning interiors and turn client interest into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Conceptualization
• Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Prepare mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings to present to clients.
• Client Engagement & Sales
• Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch tailored design solutions.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Upsell design upgrades and premium solutions to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Project Coordination
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and architects to bring designs to life.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2+ years of interior design experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Proven sales track record in interior design, real estate, or a related industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
