Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirement of home owners, pitch to them, and convert them
• Collaborate with the contractors to complete the project as per client requirement, in time, and with in the budget
• Own an end to end Project lifecycle. Own Customer Experience during the complete lifecycle
• Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables

Experience & requirements :

• Minimum experience of 3-5 yrs as an Interior Designer with focus on residential projects
• Led and delivered minimum 6-8 residential projects
• Holds excellent knowledge of design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD
• Customer centricity
• Holds design expertise in:
• Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard)
• Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
• Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Holds project expertise in:
• Creating BoQ for customers
• Coordinating with internal & external agencies
• Holds expertise in:
• Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted pitch to customers
• Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
