about the role:

We are looking for a qualified individual with experience writing and creating technical and financial proposals.

The ideal applicant will be in charge of:

creating proposals that are professional, appealing, and tailored to the needs of the client, project scopes, and brand identity.

This is a flexible part-time, online, remote job that allows you to work on well-known projects.

Duties:

• Compose, revise, and create expert technical and artistic proposals for business tenders, exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Work together with the business development and project teams to compile the necessary information and turn it into coherent suggestions.
• Make sure your proposals are convincing, understandable, and customized to the demands of the customer and evaluation standards.
• Make service descriptions, deliverables, schedules, and methods that are organized.
• Ensure that the formatting, branding, and tone are the same for every submission.
• Deliver proposals on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Skills & Qualifications:

shown expertise in technical documentation, business development, or proposal writing (experience in the advertising, exhibition, or events industries is a bonus).

It is quite desirable to have strong writing abilities in Arabic and English.

the capacity to organize complicated data into comprehensible, engaging stories.

familiarity with the procedures for submitting tenders and RFQs.

proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and, ideally, design software (Canva, Adobe, or InDesign) to improve layout.

strong time-management and organizing abilities.

creative thinker who pays close attention to details and can adjust to the needs of various clients and sectors.
