Design Manager

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to join our team in KSA. The successful candidate will lead and oversee all design activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and timely delivery within budget.

• Lead and manage design activities in detail, ensuring designs meet project goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage resource allocation, risk, and quality control according to industry best practices and current trends.
• Act as the main communication link between design teams, technical staff, and clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed on time and within budget for large-scale mega and giga projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in design management
• Proven background in large-scale mega and giga projects in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
• Strong consulting engineering experience within the Middle East market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complex design challenges and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
