Interior Designer

Role Description

The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, developing construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects and contractors. The candidate will also be expected to produce detailed interior design concepts, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3 + years of experience in commercial design projects
• Hospitality Design Focus is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
