Interior Designer

Job Summary:

The Interior Designer is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity. They will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are implemented professionally, meeting both client needs and the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee design concepts, ensuring they align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare detailed drawings, execution plans, and 3D designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit.
• Present design ideas and concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into the final designs.
• Select materials, furniture, and accessories that complement the design vision while adhering to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with the design team and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with the approved design.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Guide and mentor junior designers to ensure high standards of quality and creativity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure materials and finishes meet the required specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5- years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools like Photoshop.
• Strong creativity and the ability to translate ideas into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills to ensure smooth execution.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Knowledge of construction materials, furniture, and interior finishes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
