Position: Interior Designer/Project Manager

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Requisites:

Any Graduate, BBA, MBA with marketing.

Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in Project coordination.

Should be good in excel, word and Auto Cad.

Should be prepared progress report.

Knowledge of interior project process is must.

Responsibilities:

Should know Auto Cad

To survey the site and prepared report

Should prepared BOQ and estimation.

Billing Management.

Overseeing the project

Procurement – Evaluating sub contractor and supplier quotes and negotiating.

Liaisoning with client team and internal team to get the project completed within the schedule and budgets.

Conducting site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality and assess completed work.
