About the Role

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for hospitality design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Create impactful design concepts for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces.

• Space Planning: Develop efficient layouts focusing on functionality, user experience, and flow.

• Material & Finish Selection: Choose materials, furnishings, and finishes aligned with project goals and brand identity.

• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Technical Drawings & Documentation: Prepare AutoCAD drawings, 3D renders, and visualizations; coordinate construction documentation.

• Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to review progress, check samples, and ensure quality compliance.

• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest hospitality design trends, materials, and innovations.

Eligibility:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design, ideally with hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max (2D/3D/4D expertise preferred).
• Strong creative vision with excellent space planning and material selection skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices is an advantage.
