Interior Designer

Specialization: Commercial and Corporate Spaces (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage end-to-end interior design projects for commercial and corporate clients.
• Develop concept designs, space planning, material specifications, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection.
• Create technical drawings, 3D renders, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure design intent is realized.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies suited for commercial environments.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and corporate branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in commercial and corporate interior design (both are mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of design principles, material sourcing, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
