Position : Interior Designer

Location : Riyadh, KSA

Type : Full-time - Onsite

Job Purpose:

To design and develop creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential interiors (villas, apartments, duplexes, and townhouses). The role involves producing realistic 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentations that communicate design intent and assist clients and management in decision-making before execution.

Accountabilities and Activities:

Concept Development & Design

• Develop innovative design concepts tailored to residential living requirements.
• Prepare interior layouts and space planning solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
• Ensure designs align with project objectives, client requirements, and company standards.

3D Modeling & Visualization

• Create accurate 3D models of interior spaces using 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Generate high-quality, photorealistic renderings to illustrate proposed designs.
• Prepare mood boards and visual presentations to communicate material, color, and design themes.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
• Develop working drawings and specifications required for execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure technical accuracy.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Present design proposals, renderings, and mood boards to clients and management.
• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for material selection and sample approvals.

Project Support & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with 3D visualizers and other design team members to ensure design integrity.
• Support project managers in preparing presentations and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

• Knowledge and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an interior design firm.
3. Proven track record in residential design projects.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max/SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop.
5. Experience in preparing mood boards, client presentations, and detailed drawings.
