Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D views, material specifications, and BOQs.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Source materials, furnishings, and finishes that suit project budgets and design themes.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks during execution.
• Coordinate with clients throughout the design process for feedback, approvals, and revisions.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes.
