INTERIOR DESIGNER

A leading Interior Designer company with over 10 years of experience into Interior Designing and Painting, who are dedicated to creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect clients' personalities and lifestyles and believe in a holistic approach to design, integrating aesthetics, function, and sustainability, is looking an energetic, young, creative and versatile Interior Designer who can bring our clients' visions to life while also playing a key role in our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, skilled in social media management, and effective in client communication and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

I] Interior Design:

· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

· Develop design concepts and present them to clients.

· Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and mood boards.

· Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials.

· Oversee project timelines and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

II] Social Media Management:

· Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).

· Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

III] Client Communication:

· Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.

· Handle inbound and outbound cold calls to generate and follow up on leads.

· Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits.

· Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.

IV] Sales Support:

· Identify new business opportunities and assist in developing sales strategies.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

· Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.

· Attend industry events and network to build relationships and promote the company.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

· Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.

· Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).

· Able to handle social media page and content creation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Sales experience and a proactive approach to generating leads.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
